Benamejí BC closes its 2021 sports program with the organization of a Conference for the dissemination and promotion of women’s softball. The event will take place at the Antonio Espejo Arjona Stadium from November 25 to 28.
This activity gives a good example of the great commitment that the club is making for the promotion of this sport and for the growth of the newly created women’s section of the entity.
The sessions have limited places and a place will be reserved in strict order of registration, with free registration, to specify the information it will be enough to write an email indicating name, address and date of birth to benamejibc@gmail.com. The days are open to athletes from all over Andalusia, whether or not they have previous experience with softball.
The activity will be supervised by Orel Morales, national coach, Anyibell Ramírez and Yaicey Sojo, Rivas (Madrid), and Laura Minaglia, coach of the national team. The technification day is aimed at improvement and initiation at different levels, with a recreational and educational objective.
The activity is co-organized by the RFEBS, Benamejí City Council and Benamejí BC, the IES Don Diego de Bernuy also collaborates, developing the morning session on Friday with the 3rd and 4th year ESO students.
Irene Bermúdez and Juan Carlos Reyes, representing Benamejí BC, encouraged a massive participation in this pioneering event in Andalusia “it is open for free to players from other clubs, as well as girls and women from our region who want to start in this sport. ”.
Carmen Lara, mayor of Benamejí, and Rosario Ruiz, councilor for sports, celebrate in a very positive way that non-competitive sports activities of such a high level are organized in the town “because they deepen the promotion of sports, the acquisition of sports values and habits , as well as training and fun ”.
XVIII Villa de Benamejí Tournament
During the weekend the last competitive activity scheduled for 2021 by Benamejí BC was held. An event that brought together almost all Andalusian baseball in Benamejí, with great sporting, entertainment and coexistence success.
